OorjaRig™ is a complete refueling solution for the OorjaPac™ system. The OorjaRig™ stores and delivers methanol to the OorjaPac™ on-board charging system. Designed for indoor use in commercial and industrial environments, the OorjaRig™ is safe, rugged, and compact. Capable of refueling the OorjaPac™ in less than 2 minutes, the OorjaRig™ is an integral part of Oorja turnkey solution for on-board battery charging.

Fuel Storage
The OorjaRig™ is conveniently sized to fit near the vehicles it supports and is constructed using a lockable flammables cabinet. The cabinet stores two-55 gallon drums, pumps, sensors and electronics.

Automated Operation
The OorjaRig™ is equipped with a UL-listed, explosion-proof AC pump that propels methanol from the storage drum inside the cabinet through flexible stainless steel braded and Teflon wrapped lines into the OorjaPac™. The refueling process is logic-controlled via safety control electronics. Once the OorjaRig™ monitor cable is connected to the OorjaPac™, the controller is enabled and refueling will begin.

Visual Status Displays
Visual indicator lights display the state of the OorjaRig™. These lights indicate whether the water drum is full, the methanol drum is empty, a spill, and fault. The start button is illuminated and refueling automatically stops once the OorjaPac™ fuel tank is full.
